Zac Nally joined Athletes4Hire.com in November 2006 and serves as the primary contact for universities and colleges utilizing Athletes4Hire.com. Zac received his undergraduate degree from Washburn University, where he was a three-year letterman and Academic All-Conference performer on the football team. After graduating with honors, Zac pursued his Master's of Education at Washburn and coached the Tight Ends, Offensive Line and Special Teams for several years. Prior to joining Athletes4Hire.com, Zac was a Marketing Manager with Amerus Annuity Group.
While working in corporate America, Zac realized his true passion in life was college athletics; therefore, he was excited to join Athletes4Hire.com. As Zac commented, "I grew up in a family of educators, coaches and athletes and realized I wanted to get back into that environment. Athletes4Hire.com provides me with the opportunity to work with athletic departments and help student-athletes find meaningful career opportunities throughout the country."

DJ Washington joined the Training and Development area of Athletes4hire.com in January 2005, attended Union College (KY) where he received a Bachelor Degree in Communications and Marketing in 2003. While at Union, he served as Captain of the mens basketball team receiving NAIA All-Academic recognition. He served both as President of the Student Government Association and Associate Member to the Board of Trustees at his undergraduate institution. DJ is noted as a prominent speaker of career development in collegiate athletics. He has been a frequent guest presenter for several athletic conferences and national associations each year.
In 2004, DJ obtained his masters degree in Public Relations and Sport Communication from Ball State University. In accordance with his educational experience, he worked with several marketing and public relations firms, including Dye Van Mol & Lawrence, a top PR firm in the Southeast region. Prior to joining CRG, DJ worked at Dell Computer Corporation in Nashville as an account representative.

Kurt Patberg, Ph.D. joined Athletes4hire.com in 2001. Prior to joining Athletes4hire.com, Kurt spent nearly twenty years in intercollegiate athletic administration including his most recent full time position as the Commissioner of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference from 1997-2000. Kurt also served as Commissioner of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference from 1991-1997 (served in an interim capacity for in 2000-2001), following three years as Associate Athletic Director at American University. Kurt spent several years at K & K Insurance Agency as Director, Intercollegiate Sports Division and as Assistant Athletic Director at Central Michigan University.
Kurt completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1981 from the University of Evansville where he played baseball. He most recently obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, June 2002, with an emphasis of study in Higher Education/Sports Administration. Kurt also received a Masters of Arts in Sports Administration from Ohio University in 1982. Kurt resides in Decatur and his wife Susan is the Head Soccer Coach at Emory University. Kurt also serves on a volunteer basis on the Chick-Fil-A Bowl Selection Committee.
