The Career Educational Program has achieved the following milestones in the past decade:
- Conducted over 600 campus visits at colleges and universities across the country.
- National presence at 70% of NCAA Division II Conference member institutions.
- Educated more than 160,000 student-athletes with on-campus career training programs.
- Career coaching to nearly 10,000 student-athletes in individual format as a part of the program.
- Time spent assisting student-athletes extend over 1,000 hours or 60,000 minutes in total exposure.
The following trends have been identified when working with NCAA institutions of all divisions:
Athletic institutions tend to bring the career educational program back on campus more frequently than in the past. In the last five years, the career educational program has earned an 89% return rate of the campus visit program. Now, most institutions are utilizing the training program on an annual basis. Some institutions provide this service multiple times during a single academic year.
The career educational program is recognized as a “must” to compliant athletic department’s commitment towards the career transitioning for student-athletes.
Because of recent APR requirements for Division I athletic programs have begun placing an utmost importance on freshman seminar training, specifically our “Developing Your Career Game Plan”.
For Division III athletic programs, Athletes4hire.com traditionally encourages the general student population to participate in our career development program.
